What does "data to collect" mean?

Each agent gathers the facts its job needs, one question at a time, and remembers them. A general organiser collects a goal, people, tasks, a shopping list, dates and a budget; a pool builder would collect pool size, water type and install date instead. You define the fields — the agent asks for them naturally and produces a plan from them.
